Start with the Personal Values Assessment

 

We work with the renowned value model developed by Prof. Dr. Shalom Schwartz.
The 57-item questionnaire PVQ-RR is an internationally known and validated model, which easily and precisely determines and displays values in a profile (value circle).

When you want to change, you have to become aware of your values through self-reflection and rearrange them.

 

 

What to expect from our services

 
  1. The first step is to know your values in order to start the transformation process. You will fill out our values survey from Prof. Dr. Shalom Schwartz and based on the results, you will be given a feedback along with your values profile. You will get to know your values, and learn about your behavior and what results you can expect. All following services build on to the first session. We will support you until you have established a Lean Culture.

  2. The second step is to analyze your company's culture. You have several options, but this part is the most difficult as the company culture is very difficult to grasp. We support you with our process and our experience to get a cultur map.

  3. The third step is to create a plan of action for your business transformation. You will be equipped with our most effective and efficient management tools (lean, strategy, leadership, performance measurement and many others). Working with us, you can save yourself years of trial and error, because we provide you with the right tools for your specific mission.

  4. The final step is to carry out your transformation process. With our process you can scientifically develop your corporate culture. It's an agile, decentralized, and fun approach, and best of all, your team will love it too. We will not leave you alone with your mission. You can use our coaching offer whenever you need support. You can also join our mastermind group to learn, share and exchange. This mastermind group is like a transformation family where everyone can feel safe and open up.
