About us
My name is Thomas Toth. I am a Lean Coach and the founder of Lean Boost. I am a “business economist” with roots in the forestry sector. I gained most of my experience in operations of a manufacturing plant. Throughout my career I was able to get experience in all hierarchal levels, starting as a craftsman worker and advancing step by step to become a member of the board of directors. I have been involved in leadership and management for 21 years and have specialized in Lean Culture Development. At the core of leadership lies the question “What is important?”. This question accompanies us throughout our life and guides our decisions. For this reason, I developed a process that helps leaders boost their team performance.
